層析柱可以實現(xiàn)軸向壓縮技術（一端可調(diào)軸向壓縮和兩端可調(diào)軸向壓縮）。

Introduction:

PZ protein chromatography columns are suitable for aqueous systems and are compatible with common liquid chromatography solvents, such as those used in protein purification.

These economical modular columns utilize low-pressure or gravity flow, ensuring uniform distribution of eluent across the column bed.

These columns are available with axial compression technology (one-end adjustable axial compression and two-end adjustable axial compression).

Available in 9 diameters and various lengths.

Applications: Protein purification systems, high-pressure chromatography systems, medium-pressure preparative liquid chromatography systems

Chemical Stability: 

Suitable for aqueous solutions and most solvents used in liquid chromatography applications. Not suitable for the following solvents: acetone, ketones, chlorinated hydrocarbons, aliphatic esters, >10% NaOH, >10% HCl, >5% acetic acid, or strong mineral acids.
